Automating guest inquiries with agentic AI agents.
Many properties receive messages through email, website forms, or messaging apps at all hours. A simple request for room availability or local recommendations can pull a front-desk staff member away from live guests. We set up n8n workflows inside Hotelwee that trigger an AI agent. The agent pulls real-time data from the property management system, checks inventory, and drafts a natural reply in Japanese or English. If the request is complex, it escalates to a staff member with full context already prepared. Hotels see response times drop from hours to minutes. Staff focus on in-person interactions instead of typing the same answers repeatedly.
Orchestrating housekeeping and maintenance tasks.

Last-minute changes or special requests often require back-and-forth. We build n8n agents that monitor booking calendars and guest profiles. When a request comes in for a late check-out or room upgrade, the agent checks availability, calculates pricing based on current occupancy, and proposes options. It can even crossreference
restaurant reservations or local experiences stored in Hotelwee. Approval still sits with the manager, but the heavy lifting of data gathering and initial proposals is automated. This reduces errors and frees revenue teams to focus on larger group bookings or corporate accounts.
Connecting systems without custom coding.
Many Japanese properties use a mix of local PMS, accounting software, and OTA channels. Integrating them used to mean expensive development or manual data entry. n8n acts as the glue.
